On June 10, the 2025 Changchun International Optoelectronics Expo·Light International Conference (hereinafter referred to as the 2025 Changchun Optoelectronics Expo) opened at the Changchun Northeast Asia International Expo Center.
2025 Changchun Optical Expo adheres to the core concept of "glory because of light, come for light, gather light and become a dream", and focuses on cutting-edge technologies and latest products in the field of optoelectronic information. By building a docking and exchange platform between science and technology and market, projects and capital, industries and talents, it has injected strong impetus into the development of the optoelectronic industry.
It is worth mentioning that the Light International Conference was jointly organized with the Changchun Light Expo for the first time, attracting nearly 1,000 experts from 26 countries from 6 continents and 26 countries. As a top academic event in the field of optics in China, the Academic Conference of the Chinese Optical Society will also be held at the same time as the Changchun Optical Expo for the first time, attracting more than 2,000 domestic scholars to participate in more than 20 academic seminars, providing broad space for academic exchanges and ideological collisions.
In terms of exhibition scale, this Changchun Light Expo is even more than previous years. The total exhibition area reached 86,000 square meters, an increase of 16,000 square meters over last year; the exhibition area was scientific and reasonable, covering 6 major optoelectronic industry clusters and 15 industrial directions; 55 conferences will be held, an increase of 41% over last year; a dynamic display area of low-altitude flight and unmanned driving has also been added, bringing the audience a new exhibition experience.
This exhibition attracted 850 well-known optoelectronics companies from seven countries: China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Japan and South Korea to participate, an increase of 26% over last year, and the proportion of the top 500 companies and listed companies increased significantly. 11 exhibition groups including Hangzhou-Shaoxing Airport Demonstration Zone, Suzhou, Nanjing, Anhui, etc. also participated in the exhibition and conference with leading enterprises in the sub-sectors. The number of exhibition groups increased by 120% compared with last year, and the overall exhibitor structure was more optimized. At the same time, local research institutes such as Changchun Institute of Optics and Mechanics, Northeast Normal University, and Changchun University of Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences actively participated in the exhibition, fully demonstrating Changchun's strong scientific research strength.
