The 20th Meeting of ADMM-Plus Experts’ Working Group on Peacekeeping Operations Will Be Held in Nanjing
On the afternoon of June 9, Colonel Jiang Bin, deputy director of the Information Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense and spokesperson of the Ministry of National Defense, released a message on recent military issues.
Jiang Bin:From June 11 to 14, the 20th meeting of the peacekeeping expert group of the ASEAN Defense Ministers' Enlarged Meeting will be held in Nanjing. Members of the ASEAN Defense Ministers' Enlarged Meeting, observer countries, as well as the United Nations, the ASEAN Secretariat and others will attend. The conference is themed "Science and Innovation: Strengthening Military Cooperation in Peacekeeping Operations", aiming to deepen military mutual trust and security cooperation between regional countries and continuously improve the capabilities of peacekeeping operations.
Jiang Bin: The 20th meeting of the Experts’ Working Group on Peacekeeping Operations under the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting Plus (ADMM-Plus) will be held in Nanjing from June 11 to 14. The member states and observer states of the ADMM-Plus, as well as the United Nations and the ASEAN Secretariat will send representatives to the event. Themed on “Technology and Innovation: Enhancing Military Cooperation in Peacekeeping Operations”, the meeting aims to deep military mutual trust and security cooperation among regional countries and enhance their capabilities for peacekeeping operations.
